At Visit Harlech, we are always looking to partner with local businesses to promote tourism in the area. By joining our network, you'll have access to a wide range of marketing and promotional opportunities to help drive more visitors to your business. Whether you run a restaurant, hotel, or attraction, we can help increase your exposure and help you attract more customers.

How to join our community:

1. Visit our website www.visitharlech.wales

2. Choose your package (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

3. Provide your business details directly on the website

4. Send all images required for your profile to visitharlech@gmail.com

5. Each year your membership will be renewed automatically, but you can cancel at any time.

6. A certain amount of social media promotion is included with every plan on Visit Harlech. This exposure is subject to Visit Harlech's discretion and is not guaranteed.

Annual Membership includes:

• Cost: Cost of packages vary please check back to our website for costs, which are for small businesses. (Small businesses Max £200K turnover)

• Admin Fee: All of our packages have an initial  set up fee of £30. This is a one off charge for adding you to the website.

• Large businesses: (200K and upwards) Contact us for customised rates and options.

• Standard Membership Includes:

• Single Advert on one of the pages: Activities, Eat, Stay, Shop, Services (unless otherwise agreed by Visit Harlech)

• Business title Description of business (150 words max)

• Images (Jpeg format less than 500KB)

• Contact Details Website Link (Please provide URL)

• Social media links (Please provide URL’s)

Simple and transparent:

• No membership fees: Pay only for your advertising package.

• Application review: We ensure quality listings for visitors. All applications are reviewed and authorised by Visit Harlech

• Full refunds: If your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide all the information relevant to your listing.

  • Please do not exceed the max word allowance (100 words)

  • Provide good visual images of your business - send to visitharlech@gmail.com

  • Keep your business information updated at all times - this can be done by emailing visitharlech@gmail.com

  • Provide all social media links and website addresses If you have any questions about content please email visitharlech@gmail.com

Cancellation:

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership. Membership is valid for a 12 month period and you may opt out at any time but no refund will be given.

Visit Harlech Marketing:

• Currently Visit Harlech has a Facebook & Instagram page: A certain amount of social media promotion is included with every plan on Visit Harlech. This exposure is subject to Visit Harlech's discretion and is not guaranteed. All content is carefully selected to encourage followers and engagement. If you would like to discuss content with Visit Harlech please contact them via visitharlech@gmail.com

Financial T & C’s:

• Card details for processing your membership are not held with Visit Harlech. This information is processed via our website server (WIX) Wix is PCI compliant, adhering to the industry’s highest standards for processing and storing credit card data. Additionally, Wix ensures double payment authentication, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorised transactions.

Data Protection and Privacy:

Visit Harlech is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its members' personal information. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information for the purposes of administering your membership and providing you with marketing and promotional opportunities. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property Rights:

By submitting any content, including but not limited to images, descriptions, and logos, to Visit Harlech for use in marketing and promotional materials, you grant Visit Harlech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing rights.

Limitation of Liability:

Visit Harlech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your membership, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether Visit Harlech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination of Membership:

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of membership fees or other payments made to Visit Harlech.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or failure of telecommunications or internet services.

Modification of Terms:

Visit Harlech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on its website or notifying members via email. The revised terms shall become effective immediately upon posting or notification. Your continued membership following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
